These terms and conditions are in effect from 13.11.2024 onwards.

Online store

The online store sells products to adult private individuals. The product prices include VAT in the EU shop. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.

Ordering

Products are ordered in the online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the cart’s contents through the online payment service. All customer information is handled confidentially. The contact information requested during the order process is only used for the delivery of the order or to resolve any issues that may arise, unless otherwise stated. When placing an order in the online store, you are expected to have read and agreed to the terms of delivery in effect at the time.

Payment and Payment Methods

The payment service is provided by Paytrail and PayPal, through Paytrail the available payment options are invoice, installment payment, card payment, and online banking payments.
By providing your information at checkout, you accept the terms of Paytrail Oyj (Paytrail Oyj, Lutakonaukio 7 40100, Jyväskylä). By clicking the “Buy” button, you accept the general terms of Mad Professor Amplification.

Order and Payment Confirmation

Once we have received your order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation by email, which will show your order details. Always check the content of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service immediately. Save the order confirmation in case you need to contact customer service. When contacting customer service, always have your customer number and order number available. Always check that the contents of the package match the products listed in the order confirmation.

Delivery Methods and Costs

Delivery costs include postage and packaging costs. We provide an estimate of the upcoming delivery costs in the shopping cart based on the primary delivery method used. You will see the exact delivery costs once you have selected your preferred payment and delivery methods for the order. The available delivery methods depend on the contents and total weight of the shopping cart. At checkout, you can choose the delivery method that best suits you, and the exact delivery cost will be shown.

Delivery Time

Our most common delivery times vary depending on the order and delivery method. Exceptions to the estimated delivery times are indicated if there are products in the shopping cart that are out of stock, and we will also notify you immediately of any delays after you place your order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect harm caused by delays. The online store will inform on its website about any exceptional delivery times.

Return Rights

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends within 14 days starting from the day you received the last shipment, or in the case of downloadable products, from the moment you received the order.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the agreement in an unambiguous way (for example, by mail or by email). You can also use our printable return form, but its use is not mandatory.

To comply with the deadline for withdrawal, it is sufficient that you submit your notice of cancellation before the end of the withdrawal period.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

You must return the goods without delay and no later than 14 days after informing us about your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You are only responsible for the kind of value decrease of the goods that did not result from treatment that is required for determining the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

Unclaimed Package
Not claiming a package is not the same as a return or cancellation. For an unclaimed package for which no separate cancellation notice has been made, we will charge the delivery costs.

Problem Situations
If the product is lost or damaged during transport, or if it otherwise does not match your order, you must report the error within 14 days in writing to the address mentioned in the "Right of Withdrawal and Return Terms" section or by calling the phone number provided in the contact information. If the package is clearly damaged during transport, you must immediately file a complaint with the shipping company of the delivery method you selected.

Warranty

All of our pedals, amplifiers and cabinets have a warranty of two years to the original buyer after the first purchase of the products. The warranty covers any malfunctions incurred during normal and reasonable use of the products. In case of malfunction, contact the point-of-purchase of the products.

General Product Safety Regulation:

All of our products meet the requirement of the GPSR directive and are all tested for operation in the manufacturing process. All products are individually traceable through the serial number. Our website also provides the manuals for all current and past products.
